• Data Sharing: Data is shared with payment processors (Stripe), communication providers (e.g., SendGrid), and the Content Provider (the University/Partner that owns the course IP and hosts the LMS/Moodle) for the sole purpose of granting course access and issuing the Certificate.
• Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (performance of contract).
• Storage: Data is stored securely for as long as required for service provision or legal compliance.
