Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute a public offer by Nobel ITBS s.r.o. (IČO: 23465492, registered in the Czech Republic, office at Vrazska 239/24, Radotin, 15300, Praha 5), hereinafter referred to as “Provider”.
- Seller (Operator): Nobel ITBS s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic.
- Client: Any individual or legal entity purchasing the Course.
- Content Provider: The Partner Organization (e.g., Alfred Nobel University) that owns the Intellectual Property (IP) of the Course.
- Course (Service): An online educational program hosted on a third-party learning platform (e.g., Moodle, LMS) or otherwise delivered.
- Subject: The Seller grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to access the Course developed by the Content Provider.
- Acceptance: Full payment of the Course fee to Nobel ITBS s.r.o. constitutes unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and the Public Offer Agreement.
- Payment: Payment is made via payment systems (e.g., Stripe) to the Seller’s bank account.
- Currency: The Course price may be displayed in the Client’s currency (e.g., UAH), but the final calculation uses the internal exchange rate of the Client’s issuing bank.
- Refunds: Refund procedures are governed by the Seller’s Refund Policy, available at https://nobel-itbs.eu/refund/.
- Content Ownership: All rights to the Course, including videos, texts, methodologies, and tests, belong to the Content Provider.
- Usage Restrictions: The Client is prohibited from copying, recording, publishing, transferring, or commercially using the Course materials, except for personal learning.
- Personal Data: The Seller processes data according to the Privacy Policy and GDPR. The Client consents to the transfer of necessary data to the Content Provider for the purpose of granting LMS (Moodle) access and issuing the Certificate.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
