From an expert idea to a systematic launch
The programme combines digital production, marketing, sales, management and the practical use of AI. Participants master the full cycle of work on an expert-led project, from analysing the niche, audience and positioning to creating, launching, promoting and scaling the product.

A practical portfolio of materials and a comprehensive launch strategy for the participant’s own expert-led or digital educational product.
DOCUMENTS
Two learning stages, two documents
The full programme lasts 6 months and comprises 360 hours / 12 ECTS. Documents are issued at the relevant completion stage and can be verified by number or QR code.
After meeting the requirements of each stage, including the final project and its defence for the full programme, the participant receives:
After 3 months: a University of Alfred Nobel professional development certificate confirming 180 hours / 6 ECTS.
After 6 months: a Nobel ITBS international Mini-MBA | Professional Development diploma with a Diploma Supplement for the full 360 hours / 12 ECTS.
The diploma states a competence level aligned with EQF Level 7. Programme hours and learning outcomes may be credited towards a full MBA, subject to admission and academic recognition rules.
